These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CookInstruction (cookinstruction.name.ng), available worldwide. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. 1. Who can use CookInstruction
CookInstruction is available to anyone, anywhere in the world. You must be able to form a binding contract in your country of residence to create an account. If local law sets a higher minimum age for using online services, that age applies to you here too.
2. Accounts
You can create an account with an email and password, or by continuing with a third-party provider such as Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Saving and reviewing recipes
Signed-in users can save recipes to a personal recipe box and leave reviews and ratings. Reviews should reflect your own experience cooking the recipe. We may remove content that's abusive, spammy, or unrelated to the recipe.
4. Recipe content and accuracy
Recipes, cooking times, and nutrition figures are provided for guidance and may come from our editorial team or from third-party recipe data providers. Ingredients, appliances, and altitudes vary — use your judgment, and take extra care around allergens, food safety, and cooking temperatures.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape or republish our content at scale, interfere with the site's operation, or use the site to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The CookInstruction name, logo, and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. Recipes sourced from third-party providers remain subject to those providers' own terms and attribution requirements.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CookInstruction is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any outcome of cooking a recipe found here.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
